Does Beachbody know Apple has done updates?

The idea of incorporating the Apple Watch with beach body on-demand is fantastic. But it seems like beachbody has no idea that this connection is happening. I just talk to Beachbodys technical support and they did not seem to know what was going on. Last time the same thing happened with the app on my Apple TV and it took three months for them to fix it. This time in the middle of a work out the app crashed on my Apple Watch which was extremely frustrating. Beachbody needs to have a closer communication with Apple to make sure they stay current with the changes.
