Cant restore my purchase

Im trying to do my scheduled exercise but every time I clicked the video it asked me to either sign up for free trial or restore my purchase. I tried to restore the purchase but there was nothing on screen to show either the purchase was restore but the same dialogue box of please type in your email address.
