Download feature doesnt work

I had several workouts downloaded to offline, and the app says downloaded but then wont play when wi-fi is off.

Also, make sure the "use cell data" is turned off bc it ended up streaming one of the ones I thought was downloaded and used up ALL my data for the month. :(
